The musical Soldier of Orange had its Royal Premiere on October 30, 2010, in the specially built Theater Hangaar at Valkenburg Air Base in Katwijk. Now, six years later, the show plays to sold-out audiences as the longest-running theatre production in the Netherlands, seen by more than 2.2 million people. Unfortunately, the musical will end permanently, with the very last performance on Sunday, July 12, 2026, at the Theater Hangaar in Katwijk.
