The People’s Mosquito is a registered charity (No. 1165903) with the sole aim of restoring and returning a UK-based DH.98 Mosquito to the skies.

“Soldier of Orange” saw himself primarily as a writer rather than a resistance hero.

The Dutch resistance fighter Erik Hazelhoff Roelfzema (1917–2007) is better known by his nickname, Soldier of Orange. On Tuesday, April 23, his literary archive was officially transferred by his daughter to the Literature Museum / Children’s Book Museum in The Hague.

The Hague (The Netherlands) honors Soldier of Orange with a street name.
